Financial Literacy

We prepare young adults for the workforce by offering resume workshops, interview coaching, job search strategies, and professional development opportunities. We also connect participants with local businesses, training programs, and mentors who can help them take the next step in their careers.

Career Readiness

Life Skills

Navigating adulthood can be challenging, but we provide practical guidance on essential life skills such as time management, goal setting, communication, and decision-making. We help participants gain the independence and confidence they need to thrive in everyday life.

Success doesn’t happen in isolation. That’s why we link our participants with valuable resources throughout Erie, including training programs, co-working and community access media, and mentorship opportunities. By building a strong network of support, we ensure young adults have access to the tools they need to succeed.
